Golden Pagoda

 

 

Gold Pagoda is a  pagoda found primarily at Esoteric Shingon and Tendai school Buddhist temples.

It is unique among pagodas because it has an even number of stories (two).

(Actual Pagoda, The second story has a balustrade and seems habitable,
but is nonetheless inaccessible and offers no usable space

 Its name alludes to Tahō Nyorai, who appears seated in a many-jewelled pagoda in the eleventh chapter of the Lotus Sutra.

With square lower and cylindrical upper parts, a mokoshi 'skirt roof', a pyramidal roof, and a finial, was one of the seven halls of a  temple.

After the Heian period the construction of pagodas in general declined, and new tahōtō became rare.


Six examples, of which that at Ishiyama-dera (1194) is the earliest, have been designated National Treasures.

 

 

舍利塔是用来供奉舍利子的，。“舍利子”为个人戒定慧修行成就之结晶。也是说明修行者已得成果的见证，可以坚定弟子修行。因此佛徒看到舍利即像看到佛菩萨，顶理参拜，诚心供养。

可根据客户提供的尺寸订做！

 

1）如果功德主家中设有佛堂，应将，宝塔安置在佛坛上

2）如果功德主家中没有佛堂，或者住于公共宿舍，可将宝塔安置于能使自已和别人产生尊敬感的合适位置。

 【宝塔的供养】

供养是供给资养之意，是我们积聚无量功德非常殊胜的方式。

通常，我们可用鲜花，清水和香来供养宝塔。

供花可以使宝塔更为庄严。通过供养鲜花，我们必将具备如佛一样圆满的种种相好庄严。

   水是清净的，具有八种功德，分别有八种表义：

    清凉——表义戒德清净；

    味甘——表义得享百味食；

    性轻——表义身心壮健；

    质软——表义意念柔软；

    清澈——表义意念清明；

    无臭——表义障碍清除；

    益喉——表义成就妙语；

    养胃——表义健康无病。

    供水之时，可以供一杯或八杯。

  香能解秽流芳，令人闻之欢喜，因而是最为常见的供养品。

   比供养品更为重要的是要怀着一颗恭敬的心准备和献上供品。

 【如何礼拜宝塔】

   礼拜宝塔是人们表达对诸佛皈依和感恩的方式。

    第一种，合掌、凝视食指尖、鞠躬。

    第二种，礼拜，以表达佛弟子心中最虔诚的礼敬。

    礼佛时，要恭敬虔诚的发愿。
